Oscars S.A.: Winner of 2012 Oracle Spatial Excellence Award for Partnership

Oscars, a company involved in the management of spatial databases, has just been awarded the

“2012 Oracle Spatial Excellence Award” in the Partnership category.

Oracle awards both Oscars Luxembourg and its branch office in Belgium, for its outstanding partnership achievements in 2012 regarding Oracle Spatial technologies.

Oscars was selected by the Oracle Spatial product team for “its excellent, innovative solutions based on the latest Oracle Spatial and MapViewer technologies, which provide tremendous value and creatively solve business problems for customers. The effective adoption of features such as GeoRaster, point cloud/3D support, and MapViewer for web applications has been noteworthy, as well as the successes for significant customers such as Aéroports de Paris (Paris Airports). The delivery of Oracle Spatial training in Europe, contribution to the new Oracle Partner Network Spatial Specialization, and effective interaction with the Oracle Spatial team, were also key factors.”
